Amelia Prime is a professional full-service vacation resort rental and property management company with a focus on luxury oceanfront villas.

Since 1999 we have established an enviable record providing traditional Real Estate services to buyers and sellers alike. Shortly thereafter at the request of some of our highly satisfied clients we expanded into property management and vacation rentals which is now our primary focus.  

Due to our growth, knowledge of the area and its many amenity and dining opportunities we are able to offer uniquely outstanding service to rental clients and property owners alike.  Accordingly, we are recognized by both VRBO and HomeAway as a premier partner.  Premier customer service means doing everything possible to ensure our guests’ complete satisfaction, and that they have a uniquely positive and memorable vacation here on Amelia Island.

We treat our renters as well as our rental property owners  like family and take care of their properties as we do our own.   Our extended family even includes our professional cleaning group and dedicated team of contractors and handymen. Their goal is to make sure your villa is spotlessly clean for your stay and that any maintenance issues that might arise during it are taken care of promptly.
