Common Rental Questions

Is there any age requirements? 
Yes. You must be at least 25 years of age to reserve one of our vacation rental properties. 

How can I make a reservation? 
You can inquire through the website or directly email or call us, and book the property. You will receive a confirmation email and the rental agreement which needs to be signed and email back. 

What are the options for payment?  
We accept Visa, MasterCard. Personal checks may be accepted, but a credit card will still be required to be on file. All guests are required to provide a credit card on file as a guarantee.

When should I pay the first deposit and when to make the final payment? 
The initial payment  is due at the time of booking and is typically 50% of the total amount. Final payment of all rentals are due 14 days prior to your arrival.  All reservations made within 14 days of your arrival date require the full payment.

How do I get the check in instruction?  
After making the final payment, you will receive an email with the instruction of how to check in the condo, the code to the door and the code to common areas.

What time is check-in and check-out? 
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. or later and the check-out is 10:00 a.m. or earlier. 

Is early check in possible? 
During peak seasons early check in is not possible . You need to contact us to make sure if there is a possibility for early check in or not?

When is the latest time that we can check in?  
All of our properties have keyless entry and guests can easily check in anytime after 4 PM.

Should we clean the property before check in?  
You are not expected to clean the condo because you have already paid the cleaning fee and our housekeepers will do the job. Please just take the trash out ,run the dishwasher and clear the property of your personal possession.

Is smoking allowed at your properties? 
No. All of our properties are non smoking.

Do you have pet friendly properties?  
yes.Some of our properties are pet friendly. You just need to inform us if you are going to bring your pet. There will be non refundable pet fee, we add to your charge.

Do you provide supplies for our stay?  
We just provide a starter supply of some basic essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap bar, dish washer soap ,dish liquid, laundry detergent, trash bags. Please consider that the supplies are for the first days and may not last for the whole stay.

Are there washer and dryer at the condos? 
Yes, all of our properties have washer and dryer.

Do we have WI-FI access? 
Yes, all the properties have free access to wifi. You will find the log in information on a sign at the properties.

Where should we dump the trashes? 
Most of our condos have a trash chute on the hallways and few of them have a dumpster close to the building.

Do you provide daily cleaning service? 
No, we have the cleaning service after your check out, that you have already paid for it. If you need mid stay cleaning you can contact us and we will coordinate it with your own charge.

Can we rent a golf carts or bicycles during our stay?  
Yes there is a company at the resort where you can rent golf carts and bicycles . We can provide you the address and the phone number.

What is the closest airport? 
Jacksonville International Airport is located 30 miles from Amelia Island .

Are there grocery stores on the island?  
There are a number of grocery stores available to our guests. Harris Teeter is the closest grocery store to the resort and Publix,Walmart,Winn Dixie ,…are close also.
