This Lovely 2-bedroom lock-off style villa is in Tennis Villas on Amelia Island Plantation and conveniently located within walking distance to the beautiful beaches and Amelia Villages’ many quaint shops and restaurants, and it is just a short trip to historic downtown Fernandina Beach. 

 This split floor plan villa offers a spacious and airy living/dining area with a wall of glass opening onto a deck with a view of palm and magnolia trees and a well and fully equipped kitchen.  Master bedroom with king-size bed and spacious master bath with walk-in shower and access to the balcony gives you all the privacy you need.  The lock-off second bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a private balcony and the kitchenette allow your guests to be completely independent if they prefer. There are a washer and dryer in both the main house as well as in the lock-off.  There are an HDTV in the living room and all bedrooms with cable and Wi-Fi provided.  

You will also enjoy access to The Plantation's spa, shops, and many great dining options. Golf is available at many wonderful courses in the area, and bike and golf cart rental options are nearby too.
